It pulls hair, the battery many times looses contact and the motor stops.
Useless product, its extremely difficult to trim hair in the ear. Many times it pulls the hair and its painful. Sometimes the motor simply stops and it refuses to start while still hair are inside the trimmer, this happens because the battery compartment is not well made, every now and then we have to slap the back of the trimmed to get the battery contacts connected. Please dont waste your money on this.

Works great!
This trimmer, like my other Panasonic trimmer, works perfectly on those errant hairs. Here's the deal, though--I wanted to purchase a replacement head for my other Panasonic trimmer, but a new trimmer was only a dollar or two more. And there was no indication if the replacement I found would have fit the old trimmer anyways. (Turns out it would have--the head from this unit works on my old trimmer body.) Regardless, it's painless and works well. No more "old man hairs" sticking out!

Besser kenne ich noch nicht
Vorher war ich von einigen dieser Nasenhaarschneider enttäuscht, die manchmal auch teurer waren. Weder Schnitt noch Reinigung waren einfach und sauber zu vollbringen. Ziepen beim Schneiden und verfangene Haare sind kein Vergnügen.Der Panasonic macht alles fast von alleine. Ich steck ihn in die Nase, dreh und schiebe ein bisschen und wenn es kein Geräusch vom Schnitt mehr gibt weiß ich, jetzt ist es gut. Und so ist es auch - gut!Zum Reinigen drehe ich ein wenig an einem Ring, dann halte ich ihn unter einen Wasserstrahl, das Wasser läuft oben rein und unterhalb des Ringes raus. Danach finde ich, auch nach einem Monat Gebrauch mit dieser kleinen Zeremonie, kein bisschen Schmutz mehr in dem Gerät.

Effective and quiet trimmer
Very effective and extremely quiet for nose and ear trimming. It’s worth using the supplied tip protector when storing the trimmer. I had the same model previously and must have bashed the tip (which is a bit fragile) so that the blades were slightly rubbing and it had got a lot noisier without me realising. Now I’m back onto a new model I love the quietness, particularly when trimming inside the ears.

C'est la 2ème tondeuse que je prend, mais pour du Panasonic ça n'est pas à la hauteur!!!Les deux lâchent au bout de quelques mois.
