Quick and accurate on liquid
I use a liquid everyday that needs to be within a specific temperature range. I used to be able to tell with my fingers or wrists if the temp was accurate, but thanks to a condition called Small Fiber Neuropathy, I have been losing the ability to distinguish temperatures in my extremities. After enough frustration over the temp being too hot or too cold too many times, I finally had the idea to try a food thermometer. This device has been SO incredibly helpful, and I'm just disappointed I didn't think of it sooner.It seems to be consistently accurate, it's quick, and it's very easy to clean. I haven't used it on food yet, but it has worked wonderfully for liquid so far.Would highly recommend!

Es sólido y tiene buen peso, tiene imanes para poder fijarlo al asador o superficie metálica.Principalmente lo compré 2 motivos:Es resistente al aguaSe ilumina la pantalla (cocino generalmente de noche)Y la quinta estrella se la doy por que viene con batería extra incluida!
