Just FYI ladies, the sizes which mentioned here is french size.I bought 80 H, and I found it too small, didn’t get why. Later on the sticker I saw that it’s European 65 H. Requested to refund.And btw, cups also small, I’ll take 1 size bigger

This bra supports well, but like some styles squashes you flat which is a less flattering style. I prefer support, but with shape, but it is works well for my workouts.

I love Shock Absorber bras. They're excellent as a brand & put out some brilliant run bras but unfortunately their sizing can be a bit hit & miss. This bra is excellent but is definitely on the small side. I'm a 32 band in all other Shock Absorbers but not this one! This one is too tight even on the loosest setting. I am a 32B but wear 32A in many of them too but no chance with this one, it's as though the upper strap that pulls everything together makes it seem tighter still so definitely size up. Excellent bras otherwise though & will make a nice gift to my Mum who wears a 30A usually!

I'm wearing 30G and this size always fits me quit well, no matter what brand I'm using (Curvy Kate, Freya, Panache, M&S, others). There are some small differences among sizing of different brands, so sometimes 30G runs a bit small or a bit big, but it's always wearable.I've ordered 30G of this Shock Absorber and I then... I was really shocked to see what I've received :) So basically, the band is so small that I can't even fasten this bra. I'm not even close to fastening it. It looks more like a 26 band size (or less), not 30. Of course I'm returning it, which is a shame. If only the band would be true to size - I would be very happy with the buy, as the quality is looking really good.

Ok these are not cheap sports bras but if you have a decent chest size you know hoe essential a no bounce bra is for working out. I would say this bra fits as expected for it's back and cup size. Note though that the band has very little stretch. This is important when you are choosing the correct back size. You need the band to be close fitted to assist in eliminating the bounce. The cup size is also important. Too large and the girls will jiggle in their hammock. I ordered a few different sizes to try as I can vary from a 38 to a 36 back size and a C or D cup in bras. In the end the larger back size was the correct fit with the smaller cup. The shoulder straps adjust by sliding them into fabric runs which again keeps everything secure. I find I have an issue fastening the back plastic clip strap in the centre of the back myself. Others will have no issue I am sure. I just can not for the life of me get it. I have to ask some else to do this for me. although I an undo it. Go figure. All in all I am delighted with this bra. Perfect for HIT sessions or any high impact training.

Size : 38ESports : Mixed genres of dance, running and gym workout After reading x-amount of reviews on this bra I was definitely unsure of my original intent to purchase however in the end I am 110% happy I decided to purchase this item.I currently use Triumph Tri-Action sports bra and decided it has seen better days when I stumbled across this Shock Absorber model.Material and Design : The item is well built with a double lining to absorb moisture and minimalise any discomfort during exercise. A lot of fuss has been made about straps becoming undone etc througout work out however I cannot see this being possible as I struggled to open the bra straps in order to change the length. Other reviews claim that you need to have out-of-the-ordinary arm flexibilty in order to even get the bra on in the first place but it is safe to say, these claims are over dramatic. The best way to put the item on is leaving the top hooks in and opening the back catches as if applying a standard U back bra. Those who often wear cross back straps will find this style of bra easy to wear.Sizing : This style is said to run small however I ordered my normal size and it fitted perfectly and comfortably. If you are nervous of sizing order one back size up as cups are claimed to run big but back size small but in my case this did not apply. (I usually purchase size 14 - 16 - 18 size tops depending on the brand obviously but just an fyi for rough information).Amazon Service : Item came within 3 days, well packaged as usual. This item is an absolute steal at just under 25£ considering it's RRP is 37£ + and above.I am happy that I purchased this bra and it feels totally comfortable and ensures I feel confident while wearing it. I would definitely advise anyone that is big chested like myself to at least give it a try. Hope this helped :)
