Good product. Works well. No complaints. Only issue use please remember this is a 220 volt product and your ro unit is 24 volt when the pump is running. This is the time the uv lamp should switch on. U will need to fit a 24 volt relay to switch on the uv ballast. It would be nice if the seller can include that piece of kit which is another 50 Rs extra

I recently purchased this product with high hopes, especially since it was Amazon fulfilled. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The item I received was clearly old stock, and to my dismay, it was non-functional right out of the box.The fact that the product is outdated and doesn't work is not only a waste of money but also a waste of time. I relied on Amazon's fulfillment service to ensure the quality and reliability of the product, but unfortunately, this purchase has proven otherwise.The problem is with the UV lamp just blinking and not functioning properly. I need to buy another one from local market. What's most disheartening is the lack of time to return the product. Due to my busy schedule, returning the item has become a logistical nightmare, leaving me stuck with a useless and outdated product that I paid hard-earned money for.It's evident that the seller did not bother testing the product before dispatching it, as any reasonable and responsible seller would. This lack of quality control has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and a significant dent in my trust in the Amazon fulfillment process.I would strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when purchasing from this particular seller, and to be wary of assuming that Amazon fulfillment guarantees a hassle-free and reliable transaction. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I hope that Amazon takes steps to ensure that such instances do not tarnish their reputation for customer satisfaction in the future.

Not so good like what was earlier UV chamber. Low quality. UV lamp is Phillips. Not value for money.

This kit is really value for money.Very easy to install..I have used this kit as an add-on to my existing RO system at home.Working well and fully satisfied.I can proudly recommend this kit for others also who planning for updating their RO system.

The uv chamber and the associated choke is not worth the price they offering.The uv bulp fixing portion is not properly sealed to fix the bulp. You have to tear the rubber part as it is pasted strongly. This is a genius work done by the person who doesn't know the purpose.No clear information about the nm value of the UV bulp.It should be in the range between 185 to 260 nm. But no clue.

It's too early to rate the product as I purchased this 16 days before. Product is working. Body of Choke is of plastic and wiring is of not high quality. But, it is value for the money and I can rely on the product.
