This product is the bomb! I swear by this product. I have digestive issues from built up internal scar tissue stemming from 6 major surgeries including a liver transplant. This box contains 60 packets of 3 pills, enough for a one month supply if you take them twice a day. The pill packs include raw fruits, veggies, and herbs, along with enzymes, probiotics, and prebiotics. If you take two pill packs a day, you'll get on average 50-100% of most of the vitamins and minerals. You get much less magnesium, iron, and calcium (12% if you take two pill packs) but 200% of your daily allowance of vitamin C.Core Health Pack ingredients list names quite a few fruits, veggies, and herbs in the pills. I am not sure how much of each is in the pills - they are not huge pills. They are quite easy to swallow and have only a subtle kind of earthy/herby odor. I think I eat more veggies and fruits than the average American; I don't eat meat during the day but might have seafood at dinner. I am more interested in the probiotic aspect of this product.Overall, I do believe I have a bit more energy after taking these for about three weeks. I don't feel as ready for a nap in the afternoon. I used to be sleepy each afternoon regardless of how well I slept the night before, but now feel more energetic throughout the day. An alkaline body system is supposed to help your body resist disease and reduce inflammation. I don't know about the inflammation, but I was the only person in the house who didn't have a nasty cold during this past month (and yes, I probably just jinxed myself). I've never had bowel issues, so can't compare a before and after in that respect. This supplement has not caused any noticeable change in my digestive system or habits.
