It works.
Received V1.1, this psu is quiet even under load. The cables are stiff but are easy to mold for small form factor cases, some of the cables were the exact length. I will update once done stress testing/gaming.

Fan speed not working correctly
As others have said in their reviews something is wrong with the fan controller in this power supply. When the system is first booted the fan remains off as intended and under light workloads the fan remains off. The problem is when the fan spins up under load it never slows back down. I could not hear it over my other components when the system was under load, but once the load is reduced all other system fans reduced speed or stopped while this power supply kept running at full speed. Knowing others had had issues with this, I allowed my system to sit on the desktop for 3 hours and the fan never stopped or slowed. It is loud and annoying at idle with this fan speed.

Loud noise, good for speaker, not so much for PSU
The good thing is that it works. But that probably the only thing that is good, other than that this is not a good PSU to use.By definition this is an SFX PSU, meaning it is intended for usage in a smaller case, after all, normal-sized PSUs are available for far lower price, so anybody buying this is building a small PC. Because it's a smaller PC, it is more likely to sit on a desk next to the person working. At least this is how I setup my PC next to the monitor and keyboard that I'm typing on. Hence noise is a big concern for the use case scenario. In this setup, this PSU fan is very audible and especially annoying when the PC is under load. I actually bought the best PSU 750W in this class and before I installed that, I compared the noise generated by this PSU with that one. My PC is a Ryzen 9 5900X with an RTX3080 card generating some heat under load. Using my Android phone app Sound Meter to measure, this PSU generated about 50-55 dB under load (60-70C CPU and 75-80C GPU depending on games/applications). After I switched out the PSU (only the PSU as everything else remains the same), I measured 35-40 dB at about a foot away from the PC case which is Cooler Master NR200. That was the audible part as Android Sound Meter indicated. That's a difference of about 15dB.The annoying part is, under load the PSU fan is spinning quite fast and making really annoying loud noise that sounds like a jet is about to take off and it is quite bothersome. The other PSU which I compared to which I couldn't get initially, performs much better in terms of noise. Under the same load, I can hear the case and CPU fans but not the PSU fan, I use Noctuas, so it's pretty amazing that they generate more noise than this PSU's fan. But in case my hearing is bad, Android Sound Meter proves that it's about 15 dB less noise between the two PSUs, this one having louder noise.I 'd agree with the other reviews on this item, the cables are really super stiff and difficult to re-route in a small case so it only adds to issues with this PSU.

Great noise level, very compact, good value.
Just wanted to add a couple notes about this PSU for CoolerMaster NR200 owners.1. The -L version of this PSU fits, but it is too long to work with long/large GPUs when mounted to the mother board. The power cables push down on the GPU causing great amount of sag.2. I swapped out for the non-L version, and it remedied the issue. Had to swap again for a replacement of the same product due to the first one having a bad chirping sound when under load. If you get one that chirps, make sure you replace. The sound is annoying, yes, but it also could signal a failing PSU and better to swap out now than wait for an RMA from the manufacturer.3. Others have mentioned, ad nauseam, that these cables are very stiff in comparison to the Corsair SF750. My case has the mesh panel, so nothing exposed and not a big deal for me regarding cable management.4. The zero DB, no fan spinning when not under load is an awesome feature. When paired with the Scythe Fuma 2, this machine is almost completely silent while watching movies, etc.5. There are some reviews here talking about the loud noise, etc. Old reviews. Product has been updated to fix the issue, and all three units that arrived at my house had clearly marked "v1.1" stickers on the outside of the package. In closing, I think the product is great, giving 4 stars due to the QC issue and the PITA it's been to remove and replace the PSU three times. If the Corsair SF750 were the same price, I would probably purchase it instead, but this product is currently cheaper, used the savings for a better SSD. And, the total silence when not under load is amazing.
