Quite an expensive product given it’s just a charger I would’ve expected to be largely perfect however sold in the UK has a flat two pin mains adapter doesn’t appear to be mentioned in the description a bit annoying given the money.

The coaster is great but you will need two. One at work and one at home. Ember travel cup does not last long at full warmth. Maybe an hour.

This has been my third charging plate- the first one lost the spring recoil to make good contact with the mug during the warranty period, so they replaced it. The second went bad for the same reason, but after the warranty period, so I had to buy this one. It works fine, but you need to be fastidious in not allowing water to get to the electrical contact pins or it will go bad very quickly. This item is overpriced and is the weakest part of the Ember travel mug. The new version of the travel mug is much more reliable than the original, which they also replaced for me due to an electronic defect. The manufacturer is reasonably responsive to customer inquiries.

My coffee was always getting cold before I finished it. EMBER keeps my coffee at the temperature I want it all day long! I bought this extra travel mug charger to use at my office. I'm sure not everyone needs two chargers, but I work some long hours and never wanted to get caught with a dead battery. It is a good idea not to get the bottom of your mug wet and put it on the charger, so I generally sit my mug on the charger when I am not using it.

Perfectly amazing product, love this charger and travel mug that fits on it. Never a cold cup of coffee again!
