Pros:Fast shipping.Solid build with matel housing.Tested in water, woks like a champ.Rechargeable battery with standalone charger included.Super bright, brighter than I expected.Easy adjustable headband.Cons:A bit heavier than typical cheap headlight. But consider the function and quality it is ok.

Cheaply Built
The dimmer only has on and off. No adjustable brightness. The screw that allows the light to have an adjustable angle has stripped. Now the light falls on my face pointed straight down. I only used twice. Very disappointed to say the least.

It is pretty helpful
My father need it when he is heading out for fishing. He was happy when I gave him as a gift. It is pretty good in quality and the shipment is really fast. We just tried it yesterday which is as good as I was expecting. By the way, I find out it is also helpful for attracting bugs at night for photography. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.
