Loved the subject of the puzzle, and there were no missing pieces.The only things I didn't like about it, is how the box was sealed. It was so heavily glued on all four sides that it damaged the box, had to use a knife to cut through. Also, the pieces are a bit too shiny, creating a lot of glare when done with an over head light on. Over all though, I will probably buy this brand of puzzle again.

Buffalo games puzzles never disappoint when it comes to price point, image and average quality. Hours of enjoyment. This puzzle was moderately challenging taking quite a few days to complete. However upon completion we had 1 missing piece. I contacted the company via email and they very promptly replied. I filled out their claim form and they readily offered a replacement puzzle from a list to be mailed directly to you. So Kudos to them. Haven't received it as yet so will see . This is the 2nd puzzle with missing pieces from this company, so you decide. Good luck

FYI puzzle box is glued on all sides BE CAREFUL when opening because the puzzle pieces are NOT in a bag I bought this puzzle BECAUSE it has 1,000 PIECES (take longer time to complete ) low price and like the graphics (their is a small poster of the puzzle enclosed) my senior eyes will need a magnifying glass BUT that's fine ... I will add to this review when the box of 1,000 pieces fit together with "the perfect snap" so says text on bottom of the box :-)

I always go with Buffalo Games because their puzzles come with a poster. As someone with very poor eyesight, I rely on those posters, and this one didn't come with it. After an hour of squinting at the box lid I had a terrible headache. I don't think I'll be able to complete this puzzle. I now see other reviewers also mentioned not having the poster. I really wish they'd warn people if this is the case. I would never have made this purchase had I known. :(Update: I finished the puzzle with much squinting and grumbling. With all the small details, it's a dead easy puzzle. It'd rate it 4 our of 10 (ten being most difficult). This won't be a repeater. Too hard on the eyes and not hard enough on the noggin.

Buffalo Games is my new favourite puzzle provider. The image was clear and crisp, with vibrant colours. When I opened the puzzle I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a larger size poster of the image, this made the build more enjoyable because I wasn't struggling with the smaller on box image, I would definitely recommend this brand for those who may have less than 20/20 vision. Another plus was there was very little puzzle dust in the box, not a big deal with other brands but definitely nice. Overall this puzzle was a treat to build, I'll definitely be purchasing more Buffalo Games puzzles and they'll be my go to for gifts.
