Seattle ChocolatePike Place Espresso, 2.5 oz

I was expecting more from Seattle Chocolate. The espresso dark chocolate bar was dry and not melt in your mouth like a truffle should be. Skip the bar.

I received one of these Pike Place Espresso bars from Seattle Chocolates as a gift this past Father's Day. I love dark chocolate, and was excited to taste this bar. I also like the taste of coffee. I was not disappointed. This has just enough sweetness in it to be the perfect dark chocolate bar. And the cocoa taste comes through loud and clear, but not so much as to obliterate the coffee flavor that comes from the Turkish ground decaffeinated coffee with which these bars are infused. The texture is silky smooth. All in all, a great taste sensation.
