I have made some and thought these are really nice and they do feel like they are doing you ...
You can make various different high energy snacks, chews, cereal bars from the recipes in this book. Some of the ingredients are difficult to find and some items can be expensive. I have made some and thought these are really nice and they do feel like they are doing you good, but I would say I wouldn't make them every week. If you don't eat nuts, seeds, like coconut, beetroot or advocados then I would say you won't like this book. It is a good book has some good ideas for healthy energy snacks which are worth making as a treat.

Great little book, compact size perfect for a gift.
Bought early for a Christmas present. It's packed with loads of great yet simple recipes for the latest craze in energy balls, easy to follow with pictures. I've another DK cook book too, and find them both really well written and user-friendly for all ages and levels of ability. This one is compact and so perfectly gift-sized. I'm sure it will go down a treat - I've already pinched a few recipes for myself which I can't wait to try out!

What a great little book
What a great little book...and so reasonably priced. I made the Apple Pie bites, but although flavour was good, the oats spoilt them for me...will tweek to my taste. However, the hemp-coated quinoa crunches were absolutely excellent....moist, chewy, very tasty...will definitely make more ....and I think they will freeze OK. Also made the sweet potato chilli bites.....very nice.
