Glad to be joining the long list of consciousness expanders.Gave it a 4 bc frankly it is a clinical read and feels luke a disertation, but hey, that’ll get my brainy/sciency lazy-3rd eye logical boyfriend to take me more setiously so woot woot. :)

Great book for introducing you to entheogens - specifically 5 MEO.

This is a quick read, but well worth reading and owning as a reference for anyone interested or intent on working with 5-MeO-DMT responsibly. Absolutely no filler here, and lots of good advice, some of it novel, regarding preparation for sessions, dosing, things to do during sessions and how to prepare a space, as well as advice on integration and how to approach this most powerful of substances safely and responsibly, and with the intention of getting the most out of it.

Interesting and informative description of real life experiences with this facinating compound. Also some great suggestions on how to integrate therapeutic interventions into personal practice. A must read for all of those interested in entheogens.
