nice way to calm yourself. It has some easy designs and some really complicated ones. Once done, the oatterns look beautiful and the whole coloring process calms you down

It's not really calming for me because it takes a lot of attention and time but it's definitely a good coloring book , good for craft use as well

Haven't started colouring it yet but the pages seem to be a little thin and there are designs on front and back of pages so it's better to avoid sketch pens or ball pens that will appear on the back. I'll use colour pencils instead. The designs look really good and for 105 Rs. this is too good. I've seen such books come for atleast 200rs. in the market. This is definitely value for money.

Colouring Book which increases the attention span. While colouring we have to pay attention and colour the intricate patterns accordingly. I don't know about others, according to me it's:Highly recommended.
