It does not stand up by itself.

Q: How do I fill the upper half of the dummy?

There is an opening in the crotch. Put the dummy upside-down and fill. Pack densely because the filling moves around a fair bit. The crotch then laces up.

Q: Does it self stand and can it be used for Greco Wrestling?

It does Not stand, and yes it is great for all wrestling and Grappling Arts.
