I have a 2002 RAV4, the cup expander did not fit in the cup holders. I was so disappointed, I really wanted this to work. I tried and tried. The cup holder design in my vintage vehicle just cannot accommodate the expander. Like I said, I really wanted to use the holder. Did I say how much I wanted this to work? Hahaha!Creative solution: I tried the expander in the console and it fits very well and securely. I’m so happy that I made this work. The construction is sturdy and hold my very large thermal bottles perfectly. I tested the holder with a some very erratic turns and sudden stops. Holds perfectly! I’m so thrilled about my solution and the product.Now I only need one, does anyone want to buy the other?! ;)

Holds large water bottles very well. No longer will I have to hear my girlfriend's water bottle slide around the truck, while I smile, pretending it doesn't drive me nuts. I think the holder saved our relationship .... Worth every penny, saves me getting bruised ankles from her runaway water bottles.

This unfortunately did not work for our Audi Q5. It is an excellently made product that would fix a small cup console problem.It was entirely my fault for not measuring I was over zealous and desperate to solve our problem of having such a small cup holder in console.
