J'en prenais aux Etats-Unis. Mais depuis mon retour je n'arrivais pas à trouver de la vit. E seule en gélules/cachets. A présent c'est fait et j'en suis très satisfaite.

Not this one, there are better Vit E's out there....
First off I have been taking Vitamin E in dry for with selenium for 15 years not. It does really work as for skin, cell aging. I love E with selenium. Why this is not good. You need, these two as they are synergistic! But you know that already, that is why you bought this.Since my other brand was out, I bought this. I failed to really read the content in the back of the bottle. You need at least 400 milligrams of vitamin E to 200 milligrams of selenium.a 2:1 ratio. THAT SHOULD BE IN ONE CAPSULE!!! With this brand you must take two, and you still get under the recommended amount. One capsule of this brand only has 250 vitamin E, and 75 milligrams of selenium. SERIOUSLY?!! You can find a way better deal. **Buy them separate and take them together, or buy a brand that has the 400/200 ration in one capsule.I will not by this again. This very bad deal and cheaply done.

natural (not synthetic) type Vit E
That are two type of vitamin E, natural and synthetic.Synthetic vitamin E does not come from a natural food source and is generally derived from petroleum products. Synthetic vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol or any variation starting with dl- ) is found in most singular vitamin E supplements Certain studies have shown that one may need three times more synthetic vitamin E to equal the biological activity of natural vitamin E. Synthetic vitamin E is also excreted faster than the natural form, so it doesn’t have as much time to get into the tissues where it is needed.Natural vitamin E is generally labeled d-alpha tocopherol, d-alpha tocopheryl acetate, or d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, atural E comes from plant oils instead of petroleum. Due to its molecular structure, natural vitamin E is much better absorbed in the body. Specific transport proteins in the liver tend to bind better to natural vitamin E, allowing it to be transported to other tissues in the body to be used for important functions, including as an antioxidant.Note: since Vitamin E in high doses can be dangerous, i recommend only taking one pill (half the dose) and if you prefer every other day.ref:[...]

Great for balancing hormones!!
Great for balancing hormones, if you’re pre-menopausal like I am! Both products together balance things out, & I’m happy to find a product that has both ingredients! Took 1 today, and I feel great! :)

Dry E better for you
For those of you that have ever wondered which form of vitamin E is better for you, I can tell you factually that while the liquid form of E is good, dry E is better absorbed by your body. The reason for this is because liquid E passes through your liver and is not affectively processed by your body. The "Dry" form of E is more fully absorbed and thus produces faster and better results. Additionally, I have been taking Solgar products for many years, as they are a highly trusted brand.
