The chair is comfortable but if you buy two, one remote sets them both off so you can't have a massage unless the other person wants one too. We've contacted the seller and followed their instructions but they still have not solved the problem nor reached out to us since our initial contact. No follow up ....

I am still getting used to my chair. It sits higher up and the back does not support my head, but a pillow added takes care of that. The upholstery seems to be good.

Arm/side pops off often from the joint peice . But easy fix . Relaxing . Great assist system. Great massage chair worth every penny. Plan to buy several more after taxes.

The media could not be loaded.  The chair arrived ahead of schedule. That was okay. But it did not give us time to remove the old one. We got the boxes open (arrives in two boxes,one shipment) And removed the chair pieces. Put the base on the floor and began to insert the two side arms. The left side went into the slot easy peasy. The right arm, not so much. The track on the right arm section was out of alignment and the only thing we could do was removed one of the bolts (there are two on each track) and then loosen the other one so we could push back and forth till we got it into alignment so it would match up to the track on the base. That done we then installed the back. From there I connected the wiring and plugged it in. It works. Whew! The chair is comfortable, it provides heat and the massage bars work. Somebody else mentioned that the massage bar caused back pain. This is true for me but not for my husband who is much taller. The chair is for him so it is moot that it caused me a sore back for about 2 hours. The vibrator is noisy but not so much that you can't ignore it. The leg rest could be about 6 inches longer for anybody who is 6' tall or more. My husband's feet dangle off the end when in the recline position. But he says he can live with it. Out of all the Lift Chairs we looked at on Amazon's site, this one is in our budget limits and for what we paid, we both feel it's quality is worth the price. AND NOW, TWO WEEKS LATER THE HEAT AND MASSAGE DON'T WORK. WE ARE IN OUR LATE 70s AND ARE NOT PHYSICALLY ABLE TO RETURN IT. WITH SO MANY REPORTS OF THIS NATURE IT IS A SHAME AMAZON IS ALLOWING THIS. I CALLED AMAZON. THE SELLER SENT US A REPLACEMENT REMOTE. IT WASN'T THE REMOTE CAUSING THE PROBLEM, SO I CONTACTED AMAZON AGAIN. THE SELLER TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT ACCEPT THE BROKEN CHAIR RETURN UNLESS IT'S RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. OH PLEASEEEE! THAT IS JUST ANOTHER PLOY TO PREVENT THEM FROM SENDING A REPLACEMENT. WHO KEEPS A HUGE EMPTY BOX THAT BIG?AND NOW... 3 1/2 MONTHS LATER: THE HEAT AND MASSAGE STILL DO NOT WORK. I PESTERED AMAZON FOR DAYS ON END OVER THIS DEFECTIVE CHAIR. FINALLY AFTER MORE PHONE CALLS THAN I CAN COUNT (6-7), AND BACK AND FORTH EXCHANGES IN EMAIL THE SELLER SENT US A NEW BACK AND RIGHT ARM (the arm track was off-center and would not set in place) AND SO GUESS WHAT?? THE NEW BACK (Where all the wires are located) HAS CEASED TO WORK WITHIN 2 WEEKS, JUST LIKE THE FIRST TIME. SO BOTTOM LINE IS, THIS CHAIR IS MADE WITH DEFECTIVE PARTS AND THEY KNOW BEYOND A DOUBT THAT THIS HAPPENS. THEY JUST DON'T CARE. I WISH I HAD READ THOSE REPORTS FROM OTHER BUYERS WHO REPORTED THIS ISSUE. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING OVER $100.00 THAT REQUIRES ANY KINDS OF ELECTRONICS FROM AMAZON AGAIN. AMAZON HAS ALLOWED THIS SELLER TO CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SITE IN SPITE OF HOW POOR THEIR MERHANDISE HOLDS UP. SOOOOOOOO BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I bought this chair for my Aunt she is 92 she was having trouble getting up from her recliner so I thought this chair would help her so for her birthday was 07/31/2021 I ordered the chair I was supposed to receive the chair between July 22 and the 27 it arrived at my aunts home on the 19th I went over and put it together in 10 minutes she was having fun using the power button to raise herself up and down she loves the chair I am having trouble getting out of my recliner so I will be ordering one for myself It is a great recliner and a great buy Happy Birthday Aunt Helen enjoy your recliner

I BOUGHT THIS CHAIR FOR THE FEATURES IT HAD. WHEN I RECIEVED THE CHAIR, I PUT IT TOGETHER WITH VERY FEW INSTRUCTIONS. IF YOU BUY THIS CHAIR BE SURE TO PUT THE ARMS ON BEFORE YOU ATTACH THE BACK. THEN YOU NEED TO ATTACH THE WIRES JUST LOOK AT THE TIP OF THEM TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THEY ATTACH TO THE MATE THAT MATCHES IT. BE SURE TO PLACE YOUR CHAIR NEAR AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET FOR IT WILL TAKE BOTH AREAS TO PLUGH THE MECHANICAL PARTS IN TO. ONCE I FINALLY HAD IT TOGETHER AND SAT BACK IN IT, I TRIED THE REMOTE CONTROLS. YES THERE ARE TO OF THEM, ONE FOR HEAT AND MASSAGE THE OTHER FOR THE LIFT AND LAYING BACK. I BEGAN THE MASSAGE BUT FOUND IT VERY JERKY . WHEN I TURNED IT OFF THE MASSAGE BALLS GO BACK INTO THE POSITION THEY ARE DESIGNED FOR... MINE FOR THE SHOULDER AND NECK AREA HITS ME RIGHT IN THE HEAD, SO EVEN WHEN IM JUST RECLINED, I HAVE TO MOVE MY HEAD SO THE BALL DOESNT HIT MY HEAD.. YES THEY ARE VERY HARD. I HAVE TO SAY THE NEXT CHAIR I BUY FOR COMFORT WILL BE PURCHASED FROM A LOCAL STORE SO I CAN SIT , LEAN IT BACK AND TRY ALL THE POSITIONS OF THE MASSAGE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CHAIR. I WILL KEEP IT FOR A TIME AND THEN FIND MYSELF A NEW ONE TO REPLACE IT.
