Top heating element failed after a year
I was expecting it to last more than a year but the top heating element failed after a year. So the product is only good for a year. Its also very difficult to clean inside.

Works great!
We've used it a LOT after getting it. It does the job well, and we've had zero issues so far. It toasts with good consistency when using both the upper and lower elements.

Not happy! Returned goods
A total disappointment and I have returned the goods. There was smoke coming out from the side panel and the class door when heating up. There is no fan and not to mention the whole outer layer gets really hot so you need gloves just to open the door/ touch the handle.
