Department 56 Village Fresh Fallen Snow

Besides the fact that my package was delivered to a random address that I have to then deove to pick it up myself, this product is as expected, beautiful, light and feels/looks like real snow! Im a happy camper ready to celebrate the holidays! Its making my Christmas tree look real good!

I received a sample bag of dep. 56 snow flakes as part of a porcelain house package. I used it on my village and realized that I needed more. I purchased some at the department store and when I tried it I realized that it was nowhere near the quality of the dep. 56 snow flakes. They were too large in size but expensive, and didn't look good at all!So I ordered this product at Amazon and it looks amazing on my village. So tender and natural looking! Great stuff!

was looking for loose fake snow to use in a themed winter snow shoot i did recently, and this stuff worked perfectly! it was so light but heavy enough to look substantial and like real snow. it also glittered nicely in the sun. we had the model blow it off her cupped hands, threw it in the air around her, and dusted her hair and shoulders with it. the only caution: close your eyes if you're throwing it, and close your mouth. most of us were spitting out plastic for a few minutes after we finished. ;0p the bag was also a great size, used several handfuls and still have a decent amount left over.

Large amount for the money. Perfect for crafts

I used this snow for an effect at Christmas time for one of my Christmas buildings. When I saw the $13 price I bought right away. And I didn't read the measurement of the bag - it is HUGE. Very happy with purchase. This snow if extra fine and perfect for display snow for your Christmas buildings. One year I sprinkled it on one of my Christmas Trees in my kitchen and it looked just like freshly fallen snow on the branches as the bag states. Remember -- the snow is extra fine, not lumpy.
