I decided to buy this because I’m back to work and don’ t have time to go to the gym like I did over the summer- which was 4 times a week. I saw adds for the Gorilla Bow but thought it was too expensive and I didn’t want to wait for it. I got 1 day shipping and it arrived today. Came well packaged . I decided to work out as soon as I got homes easy to assemble. The handle is very sturdy and well padded, came with excessive gloves. It came with an exercise sheet with with different exercises to do from upper and lower body work out. The bag is awesome and holds all the parts and equipment including space for extra cables that I ordered separately . I only used a 10lb and 30 lb. I just did 30 min and I’m feeling it right now. Excellent equipment. Great product. Fast delivery. Will be using this everyday for amazing toning!!

First off, let's get right to the meat and potatoes of this NYPOT Bow. When the manufacturer states that the bow is made from heavy-duty aircraft aluminum - Nypot isn't exaggerating.Even when completely dissembled, you can pick up any of the three thick aluminum pieces and instantly feel the heft and sturdiness of each part. Rubbing your hands over the claws of the bow will inform you of how well the bow is made and finally, when you attach the three pieces together, the Nypot Bow becomes a truly solid piece of workout equipment that will last for several years of use.Notable points of interest:As I suggested before, the bow is quite solid that adds up to six pounds of heft so right off the bat, the bow feels great when handled.What I really appreciate and thought was extremely thoughtful of NYPOT was the thick layer of Gym quality foam that's wrapped around the midsection of the bow. Not even the original bow and the other knockoffs don't offer any thick foam on their bows which is key to using the bow without it becoming uncomfortable when used in certain types of bow related exercises so hats off to NYPOT for doing that.Also massive props to NYPOT in how they designed the Bow so that all the parts of the bow basically click into place which makes it easy to assemble. Again, outstanding of NYPOT for their design choices. I've seen other bows of lesser quality which require that you use a screwdriver to put the bow together of which to me comes off as being super cheap. Not the case with the NYPOT Bow.Let's talk about the resistance bands. The bands that ship with the bow are of high-quality latex. Putting the bands on the bow is fairly simple provided that you don't lose your grip when doing so.I love the fact that NYPOT provided a solid traveling bag, another small bag for the resistance bands, and even a pair of workout gloves that easily fit my large hands. The bow dissembled, the bag of resistance bands, and the gloves all easily fit in the travel bag with plenty of room for your other types of resistance bands used in your various workouts. You can easily take the travel bag to a nearby park and your workout will be enjoyable and quite effective.The final and what I believe to be the number one selling point of this NYPOT bow is just how much resistance the bow can handle. The other bows out there suggest they can handle 300lbs of resistance but the NYPOT Bow can handle FOUR HUNDRED POUNDS OF RESISTANCE which is pretty phenomenal for a bow at this price point.*** Cough, You can use original OEM Long and Short Resistance bands on this Bow.*** HELL YEAH!! :-)THE CONS:The NYPOT doesn't come with any instructional guide, no workout poster, or whatnot but honestly being that the NYPOT Bow is brain dead simple to put together, I'm pretty sure that the lack of documentation contributed to bringing down the manufacturing costs of the Bow thus making it truly affordable.Also with the Bow finally being recognized as being a fully legitimate workout solution, there are now all sorts of amazing Bow Workout Videos that can be found on YouTube and elsewhere.If you're interested in getting into Bow style resistance workouts, this is the one to get. :-)

As far as resistance band bows go, this is a 5 star product. It’s extremely durable, easy to assemble, and half the price of some of the other options. It also comes with a sheet of workouts, a set of gloves, 4 bands, and a carrying case. My only issues are with resistance band bow workouts themselves, and not with this particular product.1. If you’re trying to do certain workouts, you will need to have something behind you or in front of you to wrap the bands around to get more resistance by stretching the bands farther. For example, I could bench press way more than my actual figure with these bands if I have the bands against my back using the bar, because the bands aren’t stretching enough to provide their true resistance.2. You will likely need to buy more bands for added resistance on some workouts. Right out of the box, most people will be able to use all 4 bands for some workouts, with no capacity to go up in weight.

NYPOT Bow is great a workout! I've been using it for a month now. Although no instruction sheet was included in mine if you youtube bow resistance videos there is tons of information that is useful.Its easy to assemble and disassemble as the bow is only 3 parts. The bow needs little room to store after being disassembled as if fits in a little bag that was included.I will say that one of the bands had a small tear when I initially inspected it. I reached out to customer service and Matty returned my email within 24 hours. He sent me 4 new bands (2 regular and 2 small bands) including a 20% discount. Great customer service by this company.I would definitely recommend this product
