Spyderco. What else do you need to know?
I have been a Cold Steel fan for decades, having had at least a dozen of them over that time. I've known that Spyderco is top drawer stuff, but for various reasons kept getting Cold Steel for my particular missions. This is the first time I've gotten a Spyderco, and it did not disappoint.Very nicely made pocket blade. Opening one-handed is as easy as you would expect with a blade specifically designed for that purpose. The lock is very positive and requires a positive effort to unlock, so you are never going to accidentally close this thing on your hand. Came out of the box paper-zicking sharp and required no touch-up. Pocket clip is very firm. Scales are just right, not too small, not too sharp-edged, no tuning necessary. All of my Cold Steel blades have required some attention to some detail which was not quite right (at least for my mission). This is the first time I've gotten a blade that came out of the box perfect in every detail for the mission of a pocket folder. Not the last Spyderco I will get.

Great little knife
Very sharp little knife. A little stiff out of the box, but you can break it in fairly quickly. Great price.

Great little knife for the price.
I originally wasn’t very happy with this knife, and was ready to return it. It was smaller than expected, and it was stiff. I decided to carry it a few days to decide.Fidgeting with this knife while watching TV was enough to loosen it up and break it in. Problem #1 solved.I then realized it was the perfect size to fit in the little pocket watch (otherwise useless) pocket on Levi’s jeans. That keeps it from everything else, yet accessible, via a short lanyard or clip. I don’t scrape my hands when I put my hands in the front pocket, and it doesn’t scratch, or get scratched, by other contents.I now carry this tool every day.

Great knife for the money.
Looking for a nice little EDC without breaking the bank? Look no further! I actually didn't realize that Spyderco even had the Byrd line, but I'm stoked I found it. For those who don't know, Byrd is essentially the cheaper/more economical line of knives from Spyderco.I tend to lose my knives a little too easily, so I didn't want to invest too much money in my next EDC. The Byrd Robin knife is perfect for me. Small blade but very strong and sharp. Gets the job done and more. Would definitely buy again. One thing to note - the handle is not metal, it is plastic. Which is one reason why it is less expensive than a regular Spyderco knife.

Great Budget Knife
Very useful knife. I cannot afford the more expensive Spyderco models and was skeptical buying the cheapest one they make. This knife is better than $50 models I have purchased from other brands. Great edge and versatile due to its size. If you cannot afford one of the $150 Spyderco blades, this one should definitely meet your expectations.

not worth the money
Have yet to find a use for this knife. For the size and craftsmanship it is way overpriced.

Terrible at opening
I bought these as a gift as my boys first pocket knife. They are heavier than a Delica, which is ok for the price. They are very difficult to open, especially for a kid. I wish I spent a little more on knife with better bearings.

Great quality knife
A great design, good steel and nicely made. I also have the spyderco cara cara and was very pleased with the blade but not the ergo's.
