I have tried several L-Ornithine supplements to help me sleep better and relax me, and this one is working very well. I believe it is of very good quality (non-GMO, non Soy, etc) . This is also very affordable, so I will buy it again.

Seems to cure hangxiety
Seems to remove some bad hangover symptoms if I take two before drinking and two after. If you drink an excessive amount, you're probably beyond help, but in the 4-8 drinks range for a 6' and 160 pound guy, these seem to help
