Mary Undoer of Knots Wooden Icon Arched Wall Plaque, 7 Inch

I was really looking forward to receiving this beautiful image of Our Lady as this portrayal of her had special significance between my late mother and I. And at the time I first purchased it on 4/09/20, it had nothing but (9) positive reviews. So when I received it, I was very surprised at its poor quality. I’m not sure if it’s some type of glue, moisture, or air condensation (?) but there were 11 or 12 spots over the image and more of it surrounding much of the perimeter. I don’t think there’s any way to remove the flaws because they’re sealed between the picture itself and the clear cover. I tried putting the plaque under a stack of heavy books for several hours hoping that the pressure might help but it had no effect. And I even tried putting a small amount of low heat from my hairdryer on one of the spots but that just made it worse.Thinking one of the (4) sellers offering them may have gotten a bad batch, I ordered another one from a different seller and started a return/exchange for the first one. Both were fulfilled by Amazon. Unfortunately, it also had varying degrees of spotting and other quality problems. The painted edge was poorly applied and the placement of the picture was off center. I then sent a question to previous purchasers to inquire about their experience. Five respondents stated they received their item in perfect condition, and one replied that hers also had the spotting. I placed one last order from the remaining two sellers but received them with the same spotting defects and other varying flaws. I kept the one with the fewest defects but there is still spotting along the bottom, sloppy paint, and the image is off center. 😧Lastly, I’m not sharing my experience to cause problems for anyone. And I don’t doubt the sincerity of other reviewers as I don’t know when or from whom they were purchased. But right now, there’s a serious quality problem. I will try and include some pictures but the “spots” are difficult tp photograph due to the glare from the clear plastic cover. Like others, I rely on the honest reviews of others so I’m sharing my own experience to help those considering this item.Note: Should any of the four sellers I purchased this item from (US Gifts, Needzo Inc., En-motion Brands, & Candy Creations On Cloud 9) care to contact me about a replacement in good condition, I would be happy to pass that information on and adjust my rating. I love this small plaque of Our Lady Undoer of Knots. It's very nice quality and can either hang on the wall or sit on a shelf with the pin that is sent along with it.

I love this art work. I leave it out in the butlers pantry and it brings me peace. Looks as it is described.

This Icon is quite lovely! Although wooden, it has the look of polished marble. Was surprised at its attractiveness. Have ordered three more, one for each daughter. The novena prayers also are very inspiring, especially since they involve the rosary.

Lovely. It takes the essence of the painting and edits the darkness and the busyness of the original.

The Mary Undoer of Knots wooden Icon is quite beautiful. The colors are beautiful and the picture brings peace to my home. I love it.
