As advertised
It arrived on time, everything included to install, it is a good kit with the flexible rod to bend and for installing in a water tank with a low ceiling. They are what they are, it goes in the tank and that is the last you see of it, like a vitamin. Install and inspect it in a year or so depending on what kind of water you have.

Great product Great price
With garage ceiling near top of water heater this product made installation much easier. It even comes with a $5 chrome vanadium socket and Teflon tape.

Product delivered as advertised, ahead of time.
Only one issue. There was no O-ring. Surely it is required for a water-tight seal?

Great product
I was having issues with my hot water being hard and it had an orange tint and iron smell. This rod worked great in fixing my issue. It's great that it comes in a "sausage link" format because I don't have the overhead clearance to change the ones that are just a long solid piece.
