I'm not sure the item is authentic
My old plantronics headset died (after 15 years!). I loved it. This new one does not begin to compare in quality. Sound quality is poor. The fit on the ear attachment piece is awkward. The over the head attachment piece does not fit at all. It appears to have been designed for a small child. I am a small woman. It should fit. I am returning this item and will try buying a plantronics headset from a local seller (of course at a higher price) - on the odd chance the item is not authentic. If the same issues occur, I am disappointed with plantronics.

Highly recommend
Bought this for my front office receptionist. She uses it every day and LOVES it. It provides so much freedom and allows her to not be tied to her desk. The sound is good and it reaches throughout our entire office - which is pretty good sized!
