Packaging arrived damaged - but love the product
The first shipment arrived and inside the plastic bag the conditioner had exploded all over the inside of the bag and the shampoo bottle. It appeared to not have been closed fully and didn't do well in transit. Ordered a replacement, and this time the shampoo arrived opened inside the plastic bag and the conditioner was fine. Return damaged shampoo and conditioner and will likely order from a different source next time. A simple check to make sure the bottle is closed and taped shut would do wonders.As far as the product goes I am impressed with it now that I have it!

Arrived damaged and pump not functioning
Shampoo pump arrived unlocked and leaked everywhere and Conditioner pump doesn’t work at all. For cost this should never happen.
