Smashed Bottle Upon Arrival - Rectified by a Wonderful Amazon Customer Service Representative
I ordered two of this product, only to find that one of the bottles was smashed & nearly empty upon arrival. After two unsuccessful chats and one call in which the rep. hung up on me before I could explain the situation...I was pretty angry. The 2nd rep. that I got was kind, attentive & very apologetic. He refunded the money as an Amazon Gift Card which is perfectly fine because I am going to use it to reorder the product. Amazon made me work for it, but ultimately...100% Satisfaction.
