Excellent quality kit
Bought all 3 "weights" (light medium and strong). Quick delivery, usual excellent Reebok qualty. Easy to adjust length (my wife is 9" shorter than me). We both love them. If you are exercising at home and don't have space to store fixed kit, or if you want to exercise in your hotel or wherever, I can realyy recommend them.
