Really impressed with this pillow. The egg crate memory foam is a lot more comfortable (less hot, less plasticky feeling) than other foam type coverings; the quality of the bamboo pillow cover is good and it's very soft/comfy to sleep on. Easy to remove/ put on cover to wash, and it doesn't shrink when washing. Shipping was fast, no strong smell and the pillow formed far more quickly than the 24 hours stated on the label.The company has a strong warranty and is extremely helpful and responsive. Included in my pillow shipment was a note that you can get an extra pillowcase cover if you fill out a survey after using it for a few nights -- very cool to have a backup cover of that quality.One note: regardless of the quality of the pillow, i did find the 8" height to be too low for my taste. It is effective to control my acid reflux for sure, but, i think i would prefer slightly more elevation from a comfort perspective. so, i ended up replacing this Cozilift model with a different model from the same company, called the Luxelift which is adjustable between a 12" and 8" height (https://www.amazon.com/LUXELIFT-Multipurpose-adjustable-Stay-Cool-Gel-Infused/dp/B07GL2CPYT/), and i recommend that if you are deciding between those two models, to go with the adjustable one in order to have both height options. again, Zenesse customer service was impressively helpful during that whole process of swapping pillows!

UPDATE: Still love the pillow after over 2 years of daily use. See my tips below for making it work better for you. It's been an absolute game-changer. The person saying this has a steep drop-off instead of a taper must be reviewing a different product - you can see in the photos that this is not how this product is designed. Also, I don't know if maybe the people with the smell issues just haven't used memory foam before or don't know how to air it out, but I am very sensitive to smells and had no problems with this after a day or two of airing it out, as you would any memory foam product. And don't forget the pillow(s) under your knees, and ideally a pillow that supports on the sides of your head (but that part isn't as necessary).PRIOR REVIEW: I bought a popular and highly rated wedge pillow from here for a bit cheaper, and it was uncomfortably hot. This one is SO much better. I literally have no complaints, which is rare, haha. I've been using this wedge pillow for 5 months straight and absolutely love it. I do need a pillow under my knees, though, to keep from sliding down (as expected), and I also find that a bumper-style head support pillow on top of this gives the best support combination. Sure, it's elaborate, but it improves my breathing, reduces snoring and acid reflux, forces me to sleep more on my back (healthier position), etc. Plus - unexpected bonus - it seems to reduce the severity of my morning eye wrinkles?? I don't know why the last one is the case, but it seems to be for me. Or maybe I just sleep better, and that's why...? Regardless, I love this pillow and plan to use it long term! It's actually uncomfortable to lie flat now after getting used to this comfy setup!

This is a very comfortable wedge pillow. The reason I gave it 3 stars for pain relief is that I keep slipping down the pillow when I sleep. An extremely nice representative recommended that I put a pillow at the base of my knees to prevent slipping but since I have to have a pillow between my knees to prevent hip pain this doesn't seem to work for me.The pillow and its representatives are all first rate deserving 5 stars. The pillow works to prevent acid reflux as long as you can stay elevated on the pillow which means it works great the first part of the night but toward morning I generally wake up along the bottom slope. This doesn't necessarily mean I have pain, it depends on how my GERD is. I absolutely plan to keep using the pillow because it does help and is infinitely more comfortable than trying to pile up pillows which still have the problem of slippage and are hard on my neck to boot.

Okay, I’m 5’2”/110/small frame! I’ve had 3 back surgeries, last one fused! It began when I was 43 yrs old. Really Hard for me too get comfortable and I’m a side sleeper! I’m 63 now, play pickleball every week day! For 3/5 hrs a day! Needed a wedge for stabilization on my back, while I sleep. Read all the great reviews, and purchased this wedge. Well, I gave this 2weeks, and it’s the same every morning. I’m at the middle of my king size bed, when I wake up! Trying too get situated through the night, exhausting! Returned, too hard, too long, too uncomfortable! It was still cool at night, not warm at all, felt great!I really wanted too love this pillow!! Try it, might be for you👍

Love the soft edge at the bottom of the wedge. When I first saw it I was concerned because it was not pointed like the picture but I don't feel it at all. The only problem with a wedge is I keep slipping down during the night but wake up sometimes & just sit up a little higher again. I bought this wedge since my Gastro. Dr. has recommended elevating my bed for acid re flux & was I just putting pillows under my mattress but this works so much better!When the wedge arrived I did not experience any odor like some reviewers mentioned. No Odor at all. I could have slept on the wedge the first night but it had not opened to full amount. I washed the cover too & made sure it just air dried so it wouldn't shrink.I love the handle on the wedge cover too, so easy to lift from its place during the day when not being used.
