My favorite b12 vitamin
These are now my favorite b12 vitamins, I really like the shape of them, they're pretty small and easy to take. They are also pretty tasteless, I definitely notice a difference in my overall mood when I take them. I also really like that they come in a glass bottle.

the best I have found!
Having trouble with keeping b-12 in my body, and all the attendant ills that go with it. I have tried numerous supplements, after my new doctor refused to prescribe shots, and still struggled.
