works well but has annoying features
It cooks food well. That's the most important thing. But it has idiosyncrasies that I could live without. For one thing, it won't cook unless the timer is on. The timer lasts for 30 minutes. If you need to cook something longer than that, you have to be around to hear the timer go off and then put the timer on again. Also, the crumb tray is bolted into the oven so you cannot remove it to clean it properly. Plus, it's difficult to see the dial re: heat. I actually get a flashlight and shine it on the oven while practically standing on my head to set it. Hence, my rather lukewarm rating for it.

Disappointed.
I was very excited to get this little oven, but when I used it it was too hot for my counter and caused damage to the lip of the cupboard above. Even though I pulled it out from under the cupboard. I was prepared to find another place for it and used it for toast that did not toast well enough using the settings. I did not want to use the manual function because this could be dangerous. Then returning it, at my cost was another disappointment. They should include some of the warnings on this site. We had to read all the warnings once it was our of the box.

A Great Little Toaster Oven!
This is a really, really good product! It is inexpensive, simple to operate, gives excellent cooking results, and is energy-efficient. The instruction manual, however, is not good, and makes it seem more complicated than it really is. Operation is as easy as 1-2-3.1) Turn the first knob to set the temperature,2) Turn the second knob to select the function (bake, toast, etc.),3) Turn the third knob to wind up and set the old-fashioned timer, or make it stay on until you turn it off.To stop cooking, turn ANY one of the three knobs to minimum or off.Iβve had it for a week and a half, tried all the functions, and have had nothing but quick and even cooking. Toast is excellent. There are two slots for the rack, high and low, plus the rack is offset and reversible, which gives you a total of four positions for the rack. As for durability and reliability, only time will tell, but while the unit is light weight, it seems decently made. It replaces a 20-year-old Black and Decker. Other reviewers have complained that the timer knob is stiff and smooth, and difficult to grasp and turn. This not a problem for me, but I tried putting a rubber band on the knob, which makes it a lot easier, and should do the trick for most arthritic hands. The light-dark toast setting takes some getting used to, but is better than on my old Black and Decker. The flip-down crumb tray is just like the old one. One more tip β if you don't already own one, order yourself one of these handy little rack-pulling tools:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BERJNYW/?coliid=I1OPM5AOXT9EWZ&colid=327TF8GMK54E9&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_itI love this little toaster oven, and am very satisfied with my purchase.

Not impressed
The best thing about this is that it is compact enough for my small countertops. However, as a toaster it fails the test β toasts only on one side for the most part. The tray that it comes with stains and after the first use I scrubbed and tried many cleaning options and canβt get it clean
