I love this belt very comfortable and easy to adjust, for multiple size.

I just received this and tried it on. I purchased the updated black in a size medium. Last time I measured my natural waist it was 31.5". Therefore, according to the size chart I was at the end of the medium or start if the large. Figured the medium was better since my waist is normally 27". Go by the size chart. Mine is almost too big, as the second straps are touching (shown in photo). I'm not sure if the size is dependant upon the color/model you purchase. But I say go with the size chart or order two and return the one that doesn't fit. That's what I do when I'm not sure. Anyway, I love this and it's more comfortable and fits better than the $69 and $79 waist trainers I purchased when I was smaller (too small for me now). I do not have a long torso. So this covers all of my belly. But maybe 1.5" of the bottom front is not as tight as I would like. I will purchase another for sitting around the house, because it's great for posture. Since I'm getting the blue one, I will be able to tell if there is a size difference between the two.

Definitely has a lot of hold. It fits nice and snug as well. Would a recommend to a friend !

I couldn’t wait for this waist trainer to arrive (1 day earlier than they said), and wow was I disappointed. It was so small that there was a 3½ inch gap at the top under the bust and an 11½ inch gap at the bottom (upper hip). So I’m going to write what I would have liked to have known when trying to decide which size to choose.The garment itself measures 26 inches across the top, 25 inches at the waist, and 31 inches at the bottom at what I’d call mid-hip (I’m 5’6”). These measurements are from the hook on the right side to the first (loosest) eye on the left side. And it is 12 inches long from the top to the bottom, center front.NOTE: there is virtually NO STRETCH in the fabric at all, so measure very carefully, because if you’re even an inch off, the chances of being able to stretch it to close are very low.I’m going to send it back and get it in a large, because I love the leopard print and was planning to sometimes wear it over a top. The fabric is of good quality, it is very well-made and appears to be sturdy.I also ordered the Lover-Beauty corset with the 25 steel bones and 3 rows of hooks, and while it took some doing, am wearing it right now on the most outside (loosest) row. Interestingly enough, the measurements for this one are 26 inches at the top, 25 inches at the waist, 31 inches at the bottom, and it’s 11¼ inches long. So as you can see, it measures 5 inches LESS at the top and the waist, and 7 inches less at the bottom than the Yianna. And even thought the length top to bottom is half an inch shorter than the Yianna, it completely covers the tummy down to the pubic bone and reaches all the way down to the lower hip on the sides and in the back. Go figure.Obviously the fabric stretches and I’m surprised at how comfortable it is, even though it’s tight. I think I’ll try sleeping in it tonight.I hope you find this helpful. Will write another review when I get the larger size in the leopard corset.

Be ready to sweat. You don't have to work out to get the results you want. But let me tell you, when you put this on and then use the additional side pieces to really sinch that waistline it does the most. I wear it over top of my tank top so the material can hold the sweat. May I also be very honest it is very comfortable and gives y I u back support for good posture. Very important to me no slouching humpback for me. Bought one for a friend she kept saying how she couldn't loose the mommy tummy. She loves it also.

Just look at the pics! Wore postpartum from day one after giving birth. Before pregnancy (this was number 4) I was 147 lbs and 5'8". The adjustable velcro straps made it possible to wear from the beginning while post-pregnancy muscles and skin couldnot fully support organs as they could pre-pregnancy due to being extremely stretched out. I wore it for a few hours a day from day one and slept in it on night 2 and 3 with it being comfortable, but secure. Within a few days that huge jelly, 6 month pregnant, postpartum look was more of a pot belly. On day seven I only had a pudge and could fit the silicone courset by the same brand that I bought. This second trainer was a size small with only three limited adjustments that after delivery I could not get either end past the sides of my waist and I thought I would never have been able to fit it before or after because I got the wrong size and was planning to give to a very small friend of family member. I was amazed when on day seven I could squeeze the second corset on at the largest link adjustments. Very please with this product and brand. Great quality and surprisingly both trainers are comfortable and don't pinch. I never expected dramatic results. I was only hope for moderate support that would help aid me in getting in shape along with a little exercise which I am not us to. I love it! I am shocked and amazed! Will recommend to any new mommy wanting to get back in shape.Just look at the pics at day seven, my much more in shape belly still with the dark vertical pregnancy line (linea nigra).

I bought this a few years ago, works great and would recommend. It’s good to wear when setting up for long periods.

I sometimes wear this, and it is great at supporting my back and walking around at home.I don't wear it too tight to adjust my waistline, I like the look, style, price, and the comfortablity that it provides. It's really really good.Just don't wear it while eating or straight after you've eaten.It's Comfortable to wear when you wake up before you eat, and a couple hours after you've eaten in the evening, or when you need Support with moving around.

I got this product to work out in. I do love it. It’s very comfortable and strong. It didn’t burst open when I was working out. It’s nice and thick so I sweat a lot when I work out and that’s what I wanted. It’s not stretchy at all though. I thought it may have had a little stretch for when I try to tighten it around me but it’s fine. I use it all the time. The blue is really nice!
