Great European product, nice package for the price!
Ive been using erythritol for many years, but I picked this product because important for me that its French and not from China, such as many others.. and I also love the package!:)I am a mum with two little kids, cooking and baking often at home. Since the first pregnancy Ive been baking with erythritol for the zero calorie, for my body and mostly for my kids health!I tried this out right away in my favourite vegan avocado cake, tastes great!!

The best sugar alternative
100g smaller than the same price point as rival brands. However you use less to achieve the same sweetness, plus a great container that can be reused for storage.

Not from China!
I’m delighted to be reviewing something that wasn’t made in China, something that doesn’t support the Chinese economy, given their many misdemeanours in the world. I wish this were UK-made, not French, but at least it isn't Chinese.Another reviewer says that the competing NKD product is used at a 1:1 ratio with sugar where this is 1.3:1, but she’s wrong – they both suggest 1.3:1.As a substitute for sugar, erythritol works well, at least as a simple sweetener. As an ingredient in baking, it’s less successful, because you have to use 30% more by weight than you would sugar, which throws the balance of dry to liquid ingredients out. You could add more liquid, but it may be better to seek out recipes designed for erythritol. Alternatively, keep it simple by using the same weight of erythritol as sugar, thus lowering the sweetness by about 25%. That’s what we do and it works for us. It’s disappointing that there’s no advice at all on the tub for how to use the product (equally true for its competitors).Chinese-made alternatives are a little cheaper but we’ll buy this instead, made in France though it is. Anything to reduce our contribution to the Chinese economy. The price will stop a lot of people switching from sugar though.

Great taste
Both parents are diabetic and they love the taste of this in their tea. Has not raised their blood sugar so I am happy. I still prefer stevia but this is nice too.

Spiked my blood glucose levels
Be careful and do your own testing and research.Product is sold as not raising blood sugar, but it did mine.I decided to check for myself whether any blood glucose changes. Heres what I did:* 12 hour fast* On waking my blood glucose was 4.8mmol/L* No food or water, test again 30 minutes after waking and it was 4.6mmol/L* I ate 2 level tablespoons of granulated erythritol with a glass of water* Waited 15 minutes and tested blood glucose and it spiked to 5.5mmol/L* 15 mins later (30 mins after ingestion) still 5.5mmol/L* 15 mins later (45 mins after ingestion) down to 4.8mmol/L* 15 mins later (60 mins after ingestion) up a bit to 5.1mmol/L* 15 mins later (75 mins after ingestion) down to 4.6mmol/LAnybody else found this?
