CPU temperature went from 80c to 30c! Incredible Fan.
I had a liquid cooler on my 8 years-old system, and although it is expected to see the cooler dip in performance a little, my CPU was going up to 85 degrees almost all the time we used it with any professional editing software. So after so much research and rave about the Hyper 212 Evo, I went ahead and bought, and boy oh boy what transformation this has made! Absolutely in love with this fan.Pros:- Easy to install on my 2011 socket CPU system- Very quiet and efficient- Well priced and very cheap compared to everything else- Temperature is now around 30 - 40 degrees max at any moment- Everything included in the packageCons (Kind of):- It is huge, so make sure it fits and you don't have large RAM chips with heatsinks or such- Doesn't fit easily with most sockets. Mine was a 2011 socket so it was easy to install

Great Product but Noisy Fan
Very reliable design with rear plate and all associated hardware. Really love it.Also 2 fans can be installed (required hardware included)But very disappointed of noisy fan (BIOS fan setting - auto) even without processor load it much louder than my Zalman case installed fans. Had to remove and install another fan.

No Issues
Product comes with the items as seen in Youtube videos; as expected. Performance once installed is great. First product that I've installed on my PC and was not made difficult by the product.

Beats AMD Wraith Prism!
The improved mounting system on the Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition is a welcomed sight. The aesthetics of this cooler are fantastic. The entire cooler is "blacked out" and looks much better than the Hyper 212's of past. The RGB functionality is also there, for anyone looking for that kind of thing (which is everyone, right?). The value here is pretty high. It's difficult to find a comparable cooler for the price, especially when this is on sale. I'm currently using this on a 2700X and it performed about 5-10 degrees cooler than the Wraith Prism while operating at a lower noise level. Color me impressed!

OP Cooler.
This thing is barbaric overkill. that isn't a bad thing though! I'm running an AMD Fx8350. (Which is the hottest CPU known to mankind) and since i bought this fan i think i've heard the second fan kick in like.... 5 times max. that's over 2 years now. Seriously on top of looking cool your CPU will never overheat. It comes at a cost. Just look at it! it's like a concrete brick. this thing is seriously massive and you'll need to be aware of that before you stick it into your case.I recommend you have a case at least 22cm wide, otherwise, you can forget about attaching this cooler to your build. My build is 18.5 wide and i had to bend the Case around it.

Great for a quieter, cooler system.
When I thought through my new PC build I wanted a decent cooler, previously I went with an i7-6700 and used the stock fan that came with the processor. It was noisy and the constant drone of a fan speeding up and down, up and down was a bit off-putting.So this time I was planning on a decent cooler. Aside from that, I went for the i7-6700K, no particular want to over clock but the price was right and it did not come with a cooler anyway.I am no expert, let me make that clear. I did a bit of research and decided on this one as it was popular and the reviews were good. When it arrived I was really like 'OMG, what have I done...' The thing is huge! Thankfully, however, the instructions were good and I bought a case that was big enough to fit it, so just bear that in mind!It is a bit of a fiddle getting it set up correctly but not overly so. I would highly recommend that before you put the paste on the CPU that you ensure you have it all ready to screw down, I took a few attempts to make sure the four screws were in the right place. You can lift the screws and move them slightly as needed to make it line up just right. The whole point here is that the copper pipes suck up the heat and it spread into the heat sink where the fan blows the heat out. So make sure to place it on the CPU so that it blows the heat towards a fan that will extract the heat as quickly as possible.Despite the scary size having never used anything but a stock fan, it was not as difficult to fit as I was expecting and I am really happy with the results it is producing. On my old PC with an i7-6700 and stock fan, it could sit at 70/80C with the fan whining raiding in World of Warcraft. Now it is very, very quiet and never gets above 50C.Even if you're not so comfortable with me with these things it's not a complex task and has good rewards.

212 LED, great CPU cooler
Needed a new CPU fan as the standard intel one was awful, my temps were at 90 Celsius average, and after much searching around I picked this one.Installation was very simple following the instructions to fit my intel i7-7700k on a ASUS H110M-R Motherboard, The fan does hang over my 1st DDR4 Ram slot but because my Ram is a low profile HyperX it does not get in the way so can still use slot 1, my motherboard is small though so might be ok for others. It came with Thermo paste but I used my own. After putting pc back together I went into Bios, got the fans calibrated for optimal performance and turned the CPU Turbo mode on which I couldn't do before due to high temps, PC has been running a dream even under stress. Max peak of temp is 70 Celsius (like 1 sec spike) with the average around 60 during gaming with other programs running on 2nd monitor like Spotify, web browser & TeamSpeak. when not gaming and just using the internet browser I am at around 40-50 Celsius, so yes I am very happy.
