This pillow helped my wife sleep again ! No more stiff neck and pain in the morning ! Highly recommend this pillow ! No initial smell to it either. It provides a very enjoyable sleep !Updating this review 6 months after the original review :Still very happy with this pillow, in fact I have purchased one for myself a few weeks ago too and I love it !

Too thick
Purchased this as I need a slim pillow and it is advertised as such. It is in fact thicker than the "full" pillows my wife uses. I tried it out nevertheless ,but woke up after 3 hours with a sore neck. Fortunately my wife is able to cut it open, remove about 50% of the filling and seal it by inserting a zip. Not done yet, but hopefully this will resolve it.

Comfortable, but too bulky.
No zipper! I have a recent shoulder injury and am now a dedicated back sleeper. The slim version of this pillow is still too full for FT back sleeps and mine came with no zipper, so I can't reduce the loft. That said, my husband now loves this pillow and we also use it on the couch and find it delightful.

Litterally chunky memory foam bits in a bag
This is not worth $100. The pillowcase is nice and soft but the pillow itself is sooo lumpy. There's big bits of foam and also hard plastic in there, I don't see how it's supposed to be comfortable. It doesn't hold its shape and offers no support for the neck and head.

Zipper is a lie!
I bought the "Less Stuffed" pillow in Queen size 👑 and there is no zipper. It smells nice, the bamboo cover is breathable, soft, and looks nice even after a few nights of sleep, but it is too thick of a pillow for me to sleep on my back. I can make a hole in the foam by manipulating it through the fabric of the pillow but it's still way more stuffed than I was hoping and the zipper (clearly show in the second picture) is not real. I've squeezed and palpated all 4 edges of the pillow trying to feel a hidden zipper or a buried or sewn-in zipper and there is none.I know it's just a pillow but I was so disappointed that the item was not as pictured.
