Ordered this item a day before the actual event. It arrived on time which was perfect. The items are exact as per the picture provided. However, I am disappointed as the letter 'E' bursted even though it was mouth blown with no electric pump used and to top it up, it was missing the letter I. We practically couldn't use the words We and will ! Don't appreciate the fact, that this company didn't bother checking on sending all the letters as they were individually packed.

I loved the overall size and shape of these balloons. I strung them up in two rows, and as my guests arrived it was an immediate eye-catcher and hit! The area on each balloon designated to string up is very thin, and I accidentally ripped one on one of the letters, but it was easy to just tape it in place. I would recommend these!!

This would have been exactly what I was looking for had all the letters been included. We had no "E" ! This was for a memorial/birthday celebration for my father. We didn't plan on using the "will" letters anyways as my father passed some months ago and we already miss him, but I bought with the intention of spelling out "We Miss You". This upset me as I wanted the actual sentence/statement versus the shortened phrase. Since they arrived the day before the party I was unable to correct the mistake/imperfection and had to deal with what I had. I'm not sure I would purchase again since I clearly cannot rely on the company to send me all the pieces to my purchase. The letters I did receive inflated easily and stayed inflated. However I am unable to deflate so I couldn't return it due to missing letter if I wanted.
