Nothing I dislike. It’s so easy to use. The arm holders are incredibly helpful. It targets the muscles that I need for relief. The muscle pain relief happens. Why did I not by this before?

There is nothing I disliked about this unit. It is cordless which is a necessity!. Unit reverses automatically after so many intervals. Heat can be turned off and speed can also be adjusted. Battery life is very good.If you have back issues, it may be helpful to use a heating pad, prior to use, in order to loosen muscles a bit before massaging.I use this daily and highly recommend!While this does not replace massage therapist skill, it's useful in between visits when coupled with heat+stretching+PT and/or exercises.This would make a wonderful Christmas gift!

Love how it massages and heats and it not brutally rough or grinding ..it deep massages and rechargeable...use for many places on body..highly recommend

Called customer service for assistance with the fabric on the roller heads being worn away and was very impressed by the caliber of the representative's response and handling of the concern. Infinity has a great customer service department! Very pleased with their care.
