Absolutely fantastic!
This is a review for the 3" push bottom pans.I could not be happier. Three of these at a time fit in your average size instant pot. Some parchment paper wrapped around the disc at the bottom, some cooking spray on the sides, 1/8" or so of crust packed down with the rounded end of an ice cream scoop, and fill it 2/3 to 3/4 of the way with batter... 20 minutes on high and 10 minutes natural release. Refrigerate for 2 hours and each is a GENEROUS sized single serving.I have three now, I'll probably buy three more soon so I can divide the batter up evenly among all 6 and whack out a bunch at a time.They clean very easily by hand. And are built incredibly strong, these are easily a 5 star product.I hope this review was helpful, thanks to everyone who took the time to read or even gave a vote of support. Great product!
For baking pans, I prefer the ones from fat daddios. However, I learned the hard way not to put them in the dishwasher. It is best to wash them by hand.
