You are buying a Front Fork Lowering kit that lowers your front end by 1 1/2" and fits most 1997-2013 Harley Touring models. There is no need to replace your springs or any other internal components except for what is in this kit. This kit includes specially designed fork dampeners that are shortened and drilled in a strategic position to obtain factory ride quality. It utilizes the factory fork springs on 41mm forks. Each kit includes 2 complete dampener assemblies. Requires fork disassembly. NOTE, this kit will not lower Street Glide models or Road Glide Customs. It will not work on 2001-2005 Electra Glide series and Road Glide models with a single shock cartridge in one fork.
