First time ordering hair products of this nature from Amazon. I was a bit skeptical, and probably should've been a bit more. When I went to squeeze the tube to mix with the developer, most of the product came out of the front (as it should), but it also came out of some unseen hole/tear at the bottom of the tube so I lost a fair amount of product. As for the color itself, it didn't really do what I wanted (give a light ashy tone to my level 9 lightened hair) but since I'm not a professional I can't really say that it didn't do what it was supposed to or not. Honestly, my hair looked exactly the same before and after using this.

So this product comes with no brush no instructions the print on the inside of the box is very very tiny!!!Very frustrating!!
