The hanging hole cover never stays in place/sealed and hasn’t since the second month I’ve had them. So lame, but nothing major. Same with the rubber stopper that covers where the cord meets the earbud. Main issue is battery life less than a year later is less than 6 hours. I bought them to last all day at work and can’t get through a full work day, even if I’m not using them the whole time. decent audio quality. People can’t hear me sometimes but haven’t done testing to see if it’s the device or coincidence.

Works great. My 14 year old daughter uses them constantly and we have never had a problem. Awesome product. I even reordered a pair when one of my kids lost them

I was expecting it to be at least function-able, even for it's price. However, it is almost nail breaking to switch the item on, ontop of that it wont charge. The charger it came with is cheap and flimsy, so I tried one of my own, and the item wont charge. I can get enough charge on it for it to play for about 30 seconds and that is all.

I used it only once, it would not switch back on again and gets super heated up if we charge. It just got messed up siting on my table and I didn't even use it. I will not prefer this again. I have bought so many other Bluetooth from different vendors and they all were worth it.

These are not good. Mine will not charge all the way. They hold a charge for a couple hours tops. Sound is bad. Music comes across like your listening to a static radio and phone calls worse. I have had cheap pairs before that were a lot better. Could be just the ones I received. I am going to contact customer service. Anything would be a step up.

No reason to buy a more expensive one. This one works great

Sound quality isn't bad, it's alright for the price I paid.about 10 steps away it looses it connection.every time i use a new app that involved sound, it disconnected, pretty annoying.Got more cons than pros for me.
