NorproSet of 4 Stainless Steel Cannoli Forms, 5.75in/14.5cm

Does anyone have the recipe that came with them? Mine was accidently thrown away and I loved that one.

I bake my cannoli shells in a muffin pan usually since baking is healthier (ish) that frying. Are these oven safe?

is it stainless steel inside as well? or is it covered with something?I want to use them as popsicle molds. don't the the smell of the plastic ones..

Will a magnet stick to these cannoli forms?
