Fini Balsamic Glaze, 8.45 Ounce Bottles

This product advertised as 4 gr of carbs but In actuality it’s 10 gr per tbsp. I wanted a Leto friendly glaze but this is far from it. Not only that you can’t return it. I am very disappointed. Seems to be a totally different product

I don't love be that there is added corn starch to this for thickening. It wasn't on the ingredients when I looked on amazon before ordering. I thought I'd found one that was actually a REDUCTION sauce. That being said, it's pretty good anyway.

Received organic reduction (pictured on left), instead of the product I ordered and received through Amazon several months ago (pictured on right). Organic product is more tart/vinegar-tasting in my opinion, and the carbs are higher. Maybe this is a new version of this glaze, but I prefer the taste of the other non-organic.

This is one of those finds that makes you look good in the kitchen. You can use this so many ways! I use it to decorate my white plates and place my tomato salad with fresh basil & red onions & olive oil & fresh shredded cheese or blue cheese crumbles. A little cracked pepper and it looks like something from a fancy restaurant. Everyone is always impressed. Better still, it tastes amazing....like you want to lick the plate amazing!

Delicious! I always tried to marinate or create glazes for salmon in the past and nothing ever really impressed the family. I drizzle a little bit of this on at room temperature (used like any other condiment) and everybody couldn't get enough. My picky son said he would eat more fish if I would always use this. I may try it on chicken tonight.
