Al ser gruesos requieres menos peso en las mancuernas para un mimsmo esfuerzo, lo único que hubiera deseado es que fuese de 2.5” para que se adaptara mejor a mis manos pero no lo tenian en existencia. Tal vez lo intente después con los de 3”.

Viewed a utube video with a bodybuilder saying that using bar grips will improve your forearm and wrist strength. So I looked in getting a pair and landed on Alpha Grips 2.0 as they looked to be of better quality than other grips on the market. I made the right choice. They are fantastic. Immediately I felt I had a stronger grip and felt my forearms activated with every Rep. My hands also feel stronger and I can hold on to a heavy weight much longer. I use them on dumbbells, barbells, easy bars and even trap bars. One of the best purchases I've made on weightlifting equipment. The Alpha Grips are a great value as well. Definitely worth it even at a higher price.
