The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace
I**
Big Fan of Gary Chapman
I have liked Gary Chapman ever since “The 5 Love Languages.”I have NOT read all his books but the ones I have read I TRULY enjoy. This one, “The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace”, was no exception. I enjoyed it.I like that he gives real life experiences with each language. Sometimes it might be hard to think of an appropriate way to show appreciation in the workplace. This book will help you that issue.I like that he tells supervisors and managers that how you are showing appreciation might not be best for the employee.

A must have for work!
My colleagues apparently read me like a book last spring! My second language of appreciation is gifts and even though no one at work had read this book, they picked the perfect way to tell me thank you. I purchased one for my boss and will be giving it to him as a thank-you as well! I really hope he is able to find some special ways to tell my colleagues thank you in meaningful ways! I plan to use this for the remainder of my life!!! Incredible knowledge to have!!!

The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace
Very useful for supporting learning around the competency of empathy in emotional intelligence workshops. I use this book regularly and have 4 copies that all are in use by staff for their own knowledge development.
