The best soy sauce, hands down!
This is the absolute best soy sauce ever and I am picky! It tastes great with sushi, rice, added in sauces and soups. It has a wonderful aroma and not overly salty. I strongly recommend if you like Japanese food and umami flavors. After trying this soy sauce you will not be able to go back to the supermarket one. I had ordered this soy sauce 3 times, only once the cap was a little damaged, but the bottle was fine and no sauce was spilled

A+
Awesome addition to ramen with less sodium per flavor addition versus using just soy sauce

The best Soy Sauce ever
A group of disabled veterans were fishing for Tuna in the Florida Keys and yes we did catch a few. I always cut a piece out of the first tuna and eat it. This time the captain said hold on and went below deck and came back with a bottle of Haku, fresh tuna never tasted so good with the addition of Haku. This is a must for sushi lovers. It was so good we placed our orders while still out fishing.

Doesn't really taste like cherry blossom..
My Mom had their smoked shoyu and loves it, so I bought her this flavor. It's fine, but doesn't really taste of cherry blossom. She says this is the only brand she likes, though.

Fantastic!
I got two different flavored bottles of this soy sauce as a gift for someone, and it turned out to be great. This stuff is high end and has a fantastic flavor! You can add it to virtually anything when cooking to add something special to your dish. I ended up getting another one of these down the line as a gift for someone else, and they reported really enjoying this. It’s a great product with amazing quality!

A real game changer - You want this
It's a beautiful sauce. It's become a staple for more delicately flavored dishes...esp seafood (we are in an area where we catch dungeness crabs out of the ocean..and this sauce has replaced butter, cocktail, lemon, etc for us and most of our quests..we offer them all and this sauce is the one pple gravitate to after they've tried itit's always on the table for sushi nightthis and their smoked variety are good compliments(this for delicate, the smoked for more robust flavors, say salmon)

Subtle, elegant flavors
If you come to fish sauce with the expectation of it being like soy sauce, you're going to be sadly mistaken. The flavor of this fish sauce has fruity, salty and oily flavors that slowly unfold, layer after layer. I've heard of fish sauce having a strong "funky" flavor, but this was not evident at all. It had a very light, almost delicate flavor.

Hard to go back to commercial soy sauce
This has a light flavor with a lot of character but a definite saltiness. I never imagined I’d be describing soy sauce like a single malt or a wine, but this was well worth the $20 I paid for it. I can’t wait to try some if the other artisanal soy sauces out there! This has taken my sushi and other dishes where soy sauce is fairly prominent to an entirely new level.
