Although it says it even removes mascara, don't use this around your eyes. I've tried it twice as a mascara remover, and both times my eyes stung and my vision was cloudy, as if there was a film on my eyes.It did feel pleasant, not heavy and gross, on my skin. However, I wanted it for mascara removing, as I expected it to be nourishing. I don't wear makeup except on my eyes, so it doesn't help me--back to the micellar water.

I've always used the Kose cleansing oil. It's half the price of the DHC one and it works just as well. I saw this one pop up on my suggested list, and it was $2 cheaper, so I went for it.I always start my makeup removal at the sink. I pump a few pumps on dry hands and start rubbing it around my eyes on my dry face to take off the mascara and makeup and squint-open my eyes to waddle to the shower to rinse it off and take my shower. That's just what I've always done. This Biore one takes off the makeup just fine, but it's very painful if the slightest little bit gets in the eyes, and it just makes for a very unpleasant experience every night.For me, it's just not worth the $2 savings. I already bought the Kose one, and I won't be buy this one again.

This is so silky and makes my face feel soft and wonderful. After I rub it in, I rinse off and follow up with my cleanser. It removes makeup and sunscreen. The price is great also.

I first tried this product in the Philippines. When I came here in the US, I noticed that only Walgreens is selling this item and has to be ordered online. I am glad they have a flagship store in Amazon. A little goes a long way in this product. It removes even the toughest eyeliners and mascaras. This one is for keeps. Worth the price. Love Japan products!
