Storm CreekMen's Waterproof/Breathable Soft-Shell Fleece Jacket

This item was a super value. The navy blue was a very nice almost black color. The quality was unexpectedly very good, and the fit (large) was perfect for my 40" chest and average arm length (unsure how to measure what mine is). There are two minor negatives: 1) I am 5' 8" tall and the coat is just about an inch below my belt line - would have liked it a couple of inches longer, and 2) the collar doesn't fold down - at least it doesn't stay down in the short term,

Good jacket, looks nice. The red & black looks somewhat like Riker's uniform on ST:TNG(!)The sleeves are fairly tight for an XLT size. I don't have large arms either - I'm an IT guy.

Got it at a great price, I see none of the quality issues as some other reviewer said they would only use it as a work jacket because of flaws. This appears to either be the exact same or some type of copy of the Cortech Cascade soft shell jacket, I got two sizes larger than my mesh motorcycle jacket and it fits perfect for inclement weather rides. Strange mesh under pockets are sorta like vents, would not work though in heavy rain.

I bought two of these, different colors for my small company for us to wear. Much more dressy than a regular workman's jacket, and we were able to get them embroidered with our logos correctly because they are designed to do so. Just what we wanted. The blue isn't super bright blue, more dark teal, sort of. Love that they come in Tall sizes.

First thing I see when I unwrap and put this jacket on is that the seam that runs below the chest and meets at the center zipper does not line up from left to right. Almost a 1/2" off, really easy to see and makes a $75 jacket look cheap and crappy.I am 6'4" and got a 2x large tall. Just barely makes it below my belt. Sleeves actually make it all the way to my wrists even with my arms raised to shoulder height. This is a pleasant surprise, most things are too short for me when I extend my arms Overall fit is pretty decent..Jacket is otherwise pretty warm and stops wind. I will probably wear it splitting wood or in the shop this winter, poor visual impact from bad QC makes this a work jacket instead of something nice. I won't be buying another one. unless the price is below $20

I use this as a liner under my mesh motorcycle jacket.It does a fine job of keeping me warm and dry in temperatures down to about 45 F. This is my second one in 5 years. The only issue I have is the lightweight zippers. They aren't as robust as they should be given the quality of the rest of the garment.

Mens XL was very generous sized. The Tar contrast color is dark gray, not black. Has a furry lining for a heavier, bulkier jacket than a spring shell. A bit bulky to stuff in pack or bag.

Great coat. Fit as expected.
