Huge fan of the Smith & Wesson brand, but was really let down by this watch. Bought it for myself as a gift, worked great for a few weeks, then without any impacts or scratches or anything, the second hand falls off inside and the whole thing stopped working! Took it to two different repair places and both said it wasn't a great watch and that I should get my money back. I expected a lot more out of S&W, a lot more.

Great product, looks like a good quality product... but I have small wrists and the watch is meant for someone with larger wrist :-) wish it was designed for smaller wrists, good looking watch. Would highly recommend.I returned this product and had full refund within a few days. Great customer service...

Watch is well made and the rubber watch band is comfortable. Seems to keep time like it's supposed to but I've only had it acouple days so we'll see how it holds up. My only issue with the watch was it didn't come with a battery which normally wouldn't be an issue but the instructions that came with the watch were for a completely different model and didn't even mention what kind of battery you needed so I had to play the guessing game when trying to find a battery.
