Indisponible en français, cet ouvrage reste INCONTOURNABLE pour la gestion de projet. A recommander avec ce qui traite aussi des méthodologies PPM et Agile.

Good principles, but too theoretical.
PRINCE2 and consequently its reference book from Axelos are good in principles only.The rationale, the methods and approach and finally the didactic materials are quite theoretical, without being able to land effectively and safely on the real world.If you want or need a nice piece of paper, aka Project Management certification, here you go.
